CPA, CFE, CFF with International Experience

I am a senior accounting and audit executive with extensive international experience.  A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), I have extensive GAAP, GAAS and SOx experience.  I have worked for two Fortune 500 companies, the US government, and internationally for a British consulting firm, a German airline and the International Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina.  I was the CFO for an international travel operation and the Vice President and COO of an emergency call center.

I recently finished a project with the Millennium Challenge Corporation in Yerevan, Armenia.

I am also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).  While I have worked on numerous serious fraud audits, the CFE expertise does not stop there.  A CFE designs and implements physical and internal control systems to prevent a problem that could result in loss of revenue.  In other words, by knowing how to identify problems, I also know how to safeguard against them.  The CFE is the perfect candidate for a variety of executive financial, accounting and SOx related positions.

As a forensic accountant, I have been the primary coordinator between the accounting/financial functions and the attorneys.  I have worked closely with and supervised the IT department and been involved in hardware, software, security and control as well as budget, financial and operational decisions.  I am a seasoned public speaker who is also comfortable conducting seminars.  A review of my Achievements offers you a brief overview of the variety of experience that I will bring to you.

RELOCATION:  While sunny South Florida is a great place to live, there is little industry beyond tourism, construction and citrus cultivation.  Relocation is not an issue, as proven by my tenure in Bosnia.  I understand that in the present economy, few companies are offering a full relocation package.
